Welcome

Welcome to the Department of Speech and Hearing Science  at The Ohio State University. Our program offers degrees at both the undergraduate level and graduate level in speech and hearing science, with concentrations in speech-language pathology, audiology, speech science and hearing science.

In addition to academic coursework, the Department provides MA students in speech-language pathology and AuD students with clinical instruction and practicum experience through its Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic as well as in a wide variety of external clinical sites.

Research facilities available for both faculty and student research are exceptional as are the opportunities for cross-disciplinary experiences with faculty in other departments on campus.

Our faculty are committed to excellence in research, teaching and in providing service to our students, the University, and to the discipline as a whole.
