Geoff D. Green II is a recent graduate of The Ohio State University, Spring ’17, with a degree in Neuroscience and minor in Engineering Sciences. Geoff is the interim technician for the fNIRS (functional near infrared spectroscopy) for the university as well as leading the fNIRS data acquisition for a study aiding students dealing with speech/language deficiencies by way of implementing music intervention lessons focused on metronomic skills to enhance the brain regions where music and language processing overlap. Simultaneously, a similar intervention study will be conducted on an older population with Parkinson’s Disease.
