Jennifer Brello, Clinical Associate Professor and Director of the OSU Aphasia Initiative, has earned her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Higher Education and Student Affairs. Her dissertation in practice, "The Care Factor: Perspectives on Faculty-Student Relationships in Higher Education," reflects her deep commitment to fostering meaningful connections that enhance student success—and, in turn, improve client outcomes. Completing this rigorous program while balancing her full-time role in our department is a true testament to her dedication, passion, and hard work.
