Professor Cassondra Wilson has been named to the International Dyslexia Board of Central Ohio. The International Dyslexia Association of Central Ohio’s main mission includes promoting and disseminating research-based knowledge about effective teaching methods for all students in K-12 schools, as well as in other types of settings. The board aims to increase awareness of dyslexia and related learning difficulties; and assisting all professionals who work with persons who have dyslexia, students and persons with dyslexia, and their families, until all can read.

Professor Wilson says she is “excited to be a part of this mission and help lead IDA-Central Ohio on its journey so that every child can have the opportunity to read and experience success.”
