Four OSU BrainCARE members represented our group at the Ohio Brain Injury Advocacy Day held on March 12th at the Ohio Statehouse. This special event brought together survivors, caregivers, and professionals to meet with policy makers, share personal stories, and advocate for better services, funding, and public awareness.
OSU BrainCARE is a free group speech therapy program, hosted by the Department of Speech and Hearing Science, for persons with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) to enhance accommodations, communication, thinking, memory, and hearing after traditional healthcare ends.
We are so proud of you, Mylo, James, Rich, and BrainCARE advisor, Eric!
