Dr. Lundine’s Childhood Cognitive, Communication, and Brain Injury (CABI) Lab has had a busy spring presenting at multiple conferences! Dr. Lundine, Sophie Nichols, and Jessica Timog presented at the 15th World Congress on Brain Injury in Montreal, Canada in March. Then Sophie and Jess presented at the OSU Chronic Brain Injury Research Day – where Sophie won an award as Best Graduate Poster: Recovery Focus. Erika Hagen, Nicole Viola, Jess Timog, and Sophie Nichols were joined by Abigail Altman (an MA-SLP student) for a presentation at the Ohio Speech-Language-Hearing Association annual conference in April. The group shared what we have learned from parents and professionals to improve the care of Ohio youth with TBI. We are proud of these presentations and the students’ important work!
