We are excited to share that Sophie Nichols has been awarded a CAPCSD PhD Scholarship! These scholarships support PhD students in the dissertation phase of their doctoral program and applicants must intend to pursue an academic career in CSD. CAPCSD awards up to 10 scholarships of $12,000 annually. Sophie is a third year PhD student in Dr. Lundine’s CABI Lab who will be completing candidacy in March.  Sophie’s proposed dissertation is: The role of early childhood language in preschool expulsion and suspension.
