Schedule an appointment

SHS Advising will be held remotely, via phone or through CarmenZoom. Advisors will be available by email during business hours. See below for more information.  

Advising Appointments 

The best way to make an advising appointment is online using OnCourse, go.osu.edu/oncourse

If you are unable to make an appointment online, please call 614-292-6961. When leaving a voicemail message, please be sure to indicate the purpose of the appointment and the best phone number and/or email address at which to reach you. Email and voicemail messages are monitored 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding university holidays.

To request an in-person appointment with your advisor, please send an email message to your advisor’s Ohio State email address.

Advisors are working hard to return emails ASAP but please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

Degree Audit/DARSweb

This software tracks your degree progress: total hours, upper division hours, GE or categories, and major requirements. A reminder about how to run your audit is available on the Office of the Registrar website.
