Stacy Harnish completed a B.A. (Speech and Hearing Science) from The Ohio State University in 2000, M.A. (Communication Sciences and Disorders) from the University of Cincinnati in 2004, and Ph.D. (Communication Sciences and Disorders) from the University of Cincinnati in 2008.  She completed a two-year postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Neurology at the University of Florida followed by a two-year Career Development Award at the VA RR&D Brain Rehabilitation Research Center of Excellence in Gainesville, Florida.  Stacy is an ASHA certified speech-language pathologist with research interests in aphasia treatment and the neural underpinnings of aphasia rehabilitation.  She teaches courses in language science and disorders, and motor speech disorders.
