Full payment must be made by the 3rd week of classes, June 23, 2023, or your course(s) will be dropped. Payment for course(s) must be in the form of a check or money order made payable and sent to the third-party collector listed below. Fee waivers, vouchers, etc. cannot be accepted for payment.
These courses do not run through the Bursar's Office and will not show in your account. If an invoice is needed, please email the administrator, Mary Jo Keller, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Arrangements can be made to extend the payment deadline for those receiving financial aid by sending FAFSA information to department staff member, Mary Jo Keller, email@example.com. Financial Aid does not issue money to the third-party collector, so you will need to submit the funds in the form of a check or money order. Credit card payments are not accepted. Any returned check fee or stop payment fee will be absorbed by the student.

Drop Requests and Refunds
Requests to drop any/all course(s) must be sent to department staff member, Mary Jo Keller, firstname.lastname@example.org. Drop requests must be received by June 16, 2023 to drop a course without receiving a withdrawal (W) grade on their record. Refunds will be issued for drop requests received by June 16, 2023. Beyond that date, no refunds can be issued.
