The Flaum Center for Stuttering hosted a FRIENDS: The National Association of Young People Who Stutter One Day Conference on 1/21/23. With over 50 people in attendance, this conference hosted workshops for kids, teens, and adults who stutter, parents, and speech-language pathologists to build community, confidence, awareness and education. We would like to thank Prof. Bridget Chapman, the OSU Aphasia Initiative, Dr. Gail Whitelaw, Prof. Cassondra Wilson, Prof. Arin Sheeler and Dr. Eric Bielefeld for their support of the event.
