Speech and Hearing Science student Eric Johnson recently received an NIH F32 award on his first round of submission for his project: “Real-time deep learning to improve speech intelligibility in noise.”  Eric currently holds the Au.D., and this $240,000 award will support his Ph.D. studies. He is working with Dr. Eric Healy.
