Nadia El-Yousseph, a 2nd year M.A. SLP student, was awarded a Minority Student Scholarship, which recognizes minority graduate students enrolled in a communication sciences and disorders program. This scholarship is supported by the ASHFoundation's Minority Scholarship Fund and is awarded to up to three students each year. With strong skills in English, German and Spanish, she is currently studying Portuguese as a means of further expanding her ability to serve as a multilingual speech-language pathologist, an area of expertise that is gaining increasing importance in the profession.
