Brittney Carter and Alexandra Zezinka received highly competitive NIDCD summer internships to perform research with NIH staff scholars at their Bethesda, MD headquarters. Brittney will work with Dr. Carmen Brewer to examine auditory processing in persons with neurofibromatosis, and Ally will work with Dr. Dennis Drayna on genetic factors underlying persistent stuttering.
