Brittney Carter earned her Au.D. in 2019 and her Ph.D. in 2020 from The Ohio State University. After graduating, she completed a postdoc focused on electrophysiology with the cochlear implant population at the OSU Wexner Medical Center.  Dr. Carter currently practices at Columbus Speech and Hearing, where she provides hearing aids and cochlear implants to adults and children. She also enjoys teaching undergraduate and graduate courses including Introduction to Phonetics, Introduction to Audiology, Hearing Science, and Audiological Assessment I.
