Laura has been with The Ohio State University since July of 2001, first in Pediatrics and now as a Clinic Office Assistant in the OSU Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic. She checks in and schedules patients, answers phones and voicemail, manages appointment confirmations, processes deposits, and other various clerical and customer service duties as needed.
